Baloney is an orange dinosaur with a blue green stomach. He is a parody of Barney and Friends. He appeared in the episode "Baloney and Kids", voiced by Jeff Bennett. Yakko describes him as "a big fat polyester dinosaur who's the color of an International House of Pancakes." The Warners fear him because he is not prone to the anvils they dropped on him.

- Baloney made cameos in other episodes, mainly to show up to annoy the Warners or set them off.
- For example, he was in Star Warners, Please Please Please Get A Life Foundation, and Wakko's Wish.
- He also made an appearance in the Tiny Toons special, "Night Ghoulery" and had a major role in the Pinky, Elmyra & the Brain episode "Gee, Your Hair Spells Terrific", where his malicious side was shown.
