Dr. Doppler is the main antagonist of the Pinky and the Brain segment "The Prisoner's Dilemma".

Dr. Doppler knocks out Pinky and the Brain with gas and takes them to Dopplerville to team up with him and the other supervillains, Mrs. Kettle, Phoenicia Leatherpants, and Baldo Billions on his plan for world domination. His specialty is controlling the weather.

Trivia[]

Dr. Doppler is a pretty much a spoof of the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland.
DopplerVille is also probably a parody of DopplerTown from Mega Man X which also belonged to a different character named Dr. Doppler.
His tin flute playing is a parody of Willy Wonka's flute playing from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.
Doppler was designed by Genevieve Tsai.^[1]
