Plot In a parody of L.A. Law ‚ the Warners represent Dr. Scratchansniff for a parking ticket violation. In typical Warner fashion, the trial goes totally insane-y!
Crew Songs Trivia This episode had the working title of "Warners at Traffic Court".
The judge (from Tiny Toon Adventures Gang Busters ) is briefly drawn with five fingers on his right hand as opposed to the usual four. After Yakko puts his hand down, he has four again.

Yakko is accused of "badgering the witness", a courtroom violation in which the interregator acts rudely toward a witness, when he is actually badgering the defendant. He then puts away the badger (as a pun), and brings out a goat as an act of "goating the witness". This is a pun on "goding the witness", a courtroom violation in which the interregator attempts to encourage the witness to continue his or her story to give the interregator an advantage. The judge responds to all this by warning them if they continue he will hold them in contempt, a term which means that the person has a bad relationship with the courtroom officials. This status often leads to a guilty verdict.

Mindy follows Pussyfoot the kitten onto a construction site, while Buttons attempts to keep her out of danger.
Crew Trivia The title is a parody of the Tennessee Williams play Cat on a Hot Tin Roof .
The cat that Mindy chases is Pussyfoot, best known for appearing in cartoons with Marc Anthony the bulldog.
At one point‚ parodies of the characters of Popeye and Swee' Pea (here named "Green Bean") and Tom & Jerry appear at the construction site, most likely to emphasize the point that the whole "baby being chased on a construction site" plotline has been done to death in other cartoons.
The Warners also appear at the same point. Wakko runs back to kiss Buttons inexplicably.
When Buttons protects Mindy by extending a plank‚ he ends up on the moon and sees Marvin the Martian.
Part of Mindy's Mom 's head, specifically, her chin, is seen when she is trying to work the toaster.
