Trivia
- The scene featuring the line "You should see our new contracts" is reanimated beginning with this episode. The writing on the Death's contract now reads "2 10/13 New Seasons" instead of "2 New Seasons," and the Warners' faces have changed. This portion was animated by Frank Macchia.[3]
- The reanimated scene was created when the show's staff found out that the third season order was 10 episodes, instead of 13 episodes like the previous two seasons.[4]

Plot
Following the events of 23 and WB, Nora is fed up with the creative decisions of Ralph; as Nora is unable to do much due to the orders of Flora Dora, Nora quits her job as CEO. She eventually returns to Warner Bros. Studios as the studio's new security guard, who excels at her job better than Ralph at capturing Yakko, Wakko and Dot and locking them in the Water Tower. Despite numerous attempts to escape the Water Tower, the Warners are repeatedly bested by Nora. The trio eventually give up and say they do anything to get out, which leads Nora to get an idea.

Trivia
- This title is a pun on the "23 and me" DNA-testing service, and continues the prior Warners cartoon - "23 and WB."
- The title card reuses the same style as "Suspended Animation" parts one and two.
- This segment was created as a result from feedback asking for more segments focused on Nora Rita Norita, alongside longer stories.[5]
- One of the puns mentioned is "sausage party," referencing the 2016 adult-animated comedy of the same name.
- The character of "Gabaghoul" is named after Capocollo, a traditional Italian and Corsican pork cold cut which is often referred to as "Gabagool."
- Yakko says that the bit of him and his siblings acting like jungle savages is a parody of Lord of the Flies. Wakko claims that he's playing Frodo, a character from the similarly-named The Lord of the Rings franchise.
- Two aerial scenes from The Dark Knight Trilogy are referenced during Dot's botched escape, including the iconic plane introduction from The Dark Knight Rises.
- As the Warners are thrown into the Water Tower by Nora, it is still daytime. One minute later as Wakko tries to escape á la The Shawshank Redemption, it is now nighttime.

- This cartoon is a follow-up to the season 2 cartoon "How To: Brain Takes Over the World."
- Brass Mountain is a parody of Iron Mountain, a records management company whose most famous base is a heavily-guarded fort located in Butler, Pennsylvania, where the wills of Charles Dickens, Charles Darwin, and Princess Diana are stored.
- The robot filter used on Brain makes him somewhat resemble his robot "son" B.R.A.I.N..
- The glue bottle in the lab, "Yankee Gloodle," is a parody of "Yankee Doodle."
- Various chibi-style stickers from "The Cutening" and Backwards Gary from "Backwards Pinky" appear in Pinky's apology video.
- Two backgrounds from the season one cartoon "Close Encounters of the Worst Kind" appear in Pinky's Apology video (The waterfall with the deer during Brain's recorded invitation to the aliens and the pink background where Pinky first sings "Limbs Fall Off").
- Pinky's apology video is a parody of the song "Funkytown" by Lipps Inc.
- Executive producer Gabe Swarr described the apology song as being the most difficult scene to make in the entire season. There were 4 scenes animated that were combined into one for the final edit.[6]
Deleted Scenes
- Lisa Vandenberg posted two deleted scenes from "How To: Friendship".
- One scene involved Brain asking Pinky to support him as he's climbing up the ladder made from matchsticks. Pinky cheers Brain on, but Brain berates Pinky for not supporting the ladder from the bottom and both mice fall down. Brain is engulfed in flames and his fur is singed, and Pinky dizzily gets up and tells his viewers "don't forget to subscribe that smash button".
- In the final scene when Brain is bandaged up and says "Have I not suffered enough," Pinky apologizes and tells him that he loved the part where he flew out of his seat and even made a GIF of Brain being ejected from the pilot's seat and smashing into the screen. Pinky laughs and Brain commends Pinky's video editing prowess, and asks him how he procured the footage. Pinky replies "Content is king!" and Brain replies "That makes no sense".

While he's still eating the meatball, Ralph turns back into the guard and chases the Warner siblings across the Warner Bros. Studios. The chase eventually leads to Ralph almost crushing Flora Dora, with Nora saving Flora Dora by pushing Ralph out of the way.
