Plot
In a desolate WB Studio lot; Nora Rita Norita, Ralph T. Guard, and Dr. Scratchansniff are hiding, armed and ready. Three aliens are lurking about. The CEO decides to venture into the vents to find the aliens, who turn out to be the Warner siblings. Wakko and Dot scare Nora by taking on grotesque forms until Yakko orders them to heel.
Yakko coughs-up their erratic behavior to being "hangry," and asks Nora to direct them to a space-cafeteria. After she does, Yakko thanks her as the siblings slide away. When Nora returns to her room, she finds Ralph passed out from what Scratchy describes as "too many jelly doughnuts." Nora then chides him for saying "doughnuts" out loud, and the three siblings return (each taking on more grotesque alien forms). Nora and Scratchy scream as Yakko bites, ending the cartoon.

Plot
Although Brain's plan to force the world leaders at the G20 Summit to hand over their power to him, his success did not break the time loop. Brain tries other methods of world domination, and manages to conquer the world multiple times, but the time loop still continues.
After staying in the time loop for over 80 years, Brain concedes that no matter how successful his efforts are, time will keep resetting itself, and he decides to spend the day with Pinky instead. Later that night, Brain discovers that Pinky used his failed time machine prototype as a white noise machine, which was the cause of the time loop, and Brain smashes the device over Pinky's head, ending the loop and causing time to move forward again.

Trivia
- Pinky response to Brain's "Are You Pondering What I'm Pondering?" is "How much wood would a woodchuck chuck?" tongue-twister. Brain actually answers Pinky's inquiry and says "about 700 pounds". This answer was first given by a New York fish and wildlife technician named Richard Brown in a newspaper article in 1988.
- Brain's crown and flag from "Mouse Madness" make a return during the scene where the mice are in the White House after Brain finally took over the world.
- Brain's plan of "weaponizing the Macarena" is a nod to The Brainwashed Trilogy from the spin-off, in which the mice have to save the world from a nefarious scheme that involves dumbing down the global populace through a Macarena parody.
- The pigeon from "The Cutening" reappears as a cameo.

The Island of Dr. Warneau
Animation by Titmouse, Inc.
Plot
Yakko, Wakko, and Dot are on a rather frustrating boat trip. They lament that they have been whale-watching for three hours, and haven't seen a single whale (Dot however, has endured obnoxious comments from plenty of single dolphins). The cruise then falls over when the other passengers try to see dolphins, sending the Warner siblings flying and landing on an island.
After the sibling land, they find figures in the bushes watching them. Yakko then sends a coconut helmet-wearing Wakko flying into the trees like a pinball to expose the figures. The creatures are revealed to be animalistic doppelgängers of the Warner siblings — Ditto (Dot), Ratto (Yakko), and Saffo (Wakko). As the siblings observe their playful doppelgängers, Yakko notes that they don't quite act like him and his siblings. Ditto then reveals that their protector "Brother" made them to be obedient and nice.
When Wakko inquires as to who "Brother" is, the animalistic Warners nervously explain that he owns the island and "allows" them pamper him. The siblings advise them that they should start standing-up for themselves, and to get revenge on anyone who hurts their family. "Brother" then emerges, and is revealed to be Otto's long-lost twin brother Jürgen.
The mad doctor explains that he and Otto used to be close to each other, even attending the same college and getting jobs at Warner Bros. Studios (where Jürgen was the on-set physician). The two began to drift apart when the Warners escaped from the water tower, as Otto had to look-after the siblings and work more. Jürgen then reveals that he is the creator of the more animalistic siblings.
The mad doctor takes the siblings and their copies to his underground laboratory, where he shows various other Warner creatures he created in an attempt to find the "perfect" Warner (more "obedient" kids). Jürgen orders Ditto, Raffo, and Saffo to place the real siblings onto his operating table, where he will harvest them for "Warner parts."
Ditto notes about how cruel Jürgen is being, and Yakko sneaks into their conversation by replying "Maybe it's time we should stand-up for ourselves!" The three creatures then save the siblings from harm (with Saffo replicating Wakko's coconut helmets maneuver). Ratto then frees the other Warner creatures, who attack Jürgen with a tickle fight.
Later, the Warners and their doppelgängers return to the surface, where cast Jürgen away on a wooden raft. As he sails away, he is eaten by a whale. The cartoon ends as Wakko celebrates finally being able to see a whale.

Trivia
- This cartoon is a parody of the 1896 science-fiction novel The Island of Doctor Moreau. The infamous 1996 film adaptation of the novel was previously spoofed in the Pinky and the Brain episode "Brainwashed Part 3 - Wash Harder" through the character of Dr. Mordough and his island.
- One of the creatures wears a Yakko mask that resembles an actual mask that is sold.
Murder Pals Part Three
