Plot[]
Brain needs an advantage point in Cleveland to broadcast a rare audio record from Rush Limbaugh's "failed singing career" via radio, in order to drive everyone in the world insane. To help him with this, the two mice head to the shooting location of TV reality show "The Real Life", which happens to be the precise point Brain needs to unleash the broadcast. The mice then manipulate their way into the show and have to learn to live among "an artificially assembled household of testy misfits and wannabes." Tensions arise between the show's cast and Brain as he struggles to keep his calm and advance his plan amongst the oblivious rude manners of the cast.

Trivia[]
- The reality show is a parody of MTV's The Real World, focusing on putting 7 wildly different youths under one roof and sometimes addressing serious social issues.
- When Brain interrupts Murray's heavy metal dance party by unplugging the amplifier, Murray protests, "What is this, Unplugged?" Brain answers, "Yes. The perfect format for the untalented." This mocks another MTV show, Unplugged, where famous musicians are invited to play in an all-acoustic set.
- The song "Sad Brain" is a parody of The Who's song "Behind Blue Eyes".
