Leggo My Ego[]
Plot[]
Pinky and the Brain venture to 1912 Vienna in order to see Sigmund Freud. Brain intends to hypnotize Dr. Freud with mirrored glasses in order to control Freud's patient Emperor Franz Josef. When Brain tries to enact his plan, it backfires when he accidentally grabs the wrong pair of glasses (Pinky's pop-out eyeball glasses). Freud then hypnotizes Brain himself, uncovering Brain's repressed traumatic memories of youth. Freud also uncovers what really pushed Brain's desires for world domination. Pinky meanwhile, makes "small talk" with a certain individual in the waiting room.

Trivia[]
- This cartoon presents one of many different takes on Brain's origins and motivations for world domination. It is revealed here that Brain's megalomaniacal goals stem from a subconscious desire to return to his childhood, a tin can of "World's Finest Peaches" bearing an image of an Earth globe.
- The title of the episode references the Eggo Waffles marketing slogan: Leggo My Eggo, and also shares a title name with an episode of the 2D LarryBoy Series.
- Brain's parents return in their field mice designs during the flashbacks.
- The lunch scene and "More? You want MORE!" line are references to the musical Oliver Twist.
- The scene where Brain is punished by having his eyes taped open while being subjected to a bad film references A Clockwork Orange. The film in question features a caricature of American Vaudeville performer Will Rogers, parodying his famous quote "I never met a man I didn't like".
