Plot[]
Using an abandoned satellite, Pinky and the Brain broadcast an infomercial promising an "incredible product" to the entire world as part of Brain's latest plan to gain every address in existence. Meanwhile, the US government is partially catching on to the satellite, which they put up as bait. The corporal deduces "domestic terrorists" are behind the unauthorized broadcast, but the general is ironically too-invested in the infomercial to realize that the infomercial is the broadcast.

Trivia[]
- The title of this cartoon is a double reference; to the popular phrase associated with infomercials "but that's not all!", and the Looney Tunes phrase "That's All, Folks!"
- Some episode listings in certain outlets remove the exclamation point from this cartoon's title.
- With commercials, the length of this episode's events (21-24 minutes) occurs in real-time.
- When the nation's water-levels drop as everyone uses the bathroom, the corporal remarks that a similar situation happened following the airing of the final episode of The Fugitive; "The Judgement Part Two". At the time of the episode's airing in 1967, it was the most watched television series episode, being viewed by 25.7 million households (45.9 percent of American households with a TV set and a 72 percent share). This meant that more than 78 million people tuned in to view it.
- This episode marks one of the rare instances where a government acts to intervene in one of Pinky and the Brain's schemes.
- After the ending chorus is heard, Mr. President is heard asking, "Where's my pizza?", alluding to a prior gag within the episode where he couldn't order pizza over the phone as a result of Brain's informercial calls making the phone-lines busy.
