- The episode's title is a parody of The Mickey Mouse Club. A reference was made when Rudy's lawyer asks "Who's the leader of this club?" and Pinky replies "That's made for you and me. B-R..." before Brain cuts him off.
- Pinky's question to the Brain is a reference to Sabrina the teenage witch's cat Salem, an animatronic puppet.
- In the middle of the episode, there's a sixties-style rock number. It is reprised at the end, which segues into the ending chorus.

Wally Faust, an agent for a secret clandestine organization within the U.S. government, tries to steal Brain's latest invention for world domination and kill both him and Pinky, just because the two of them have almost succeeded in taking over the world more times than the organization has.

- Wally Faust, of course, is a caricature of actor Christopher Walken. Jeff Bennett once again provides his trademark Walken impression for the character.
