The following page is the episode guide for The Big Cartoonie Show, which ran in 1999 on Kids' WB!. Season 1's episode listing has been verified through two different Toon Zone pages, as well as a schedule archive from Kids Block Blog+.
The cartoons in this compilation program predominately come from Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, and Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain. Notably, it is through this program that the remaining episodes from Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain first aired in the United States. The first four episodes of the program also featured cartoons from Looney Tunes and The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries, when the program ran at an hour long.
Season 2 removed the Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain cartoons and added Tiny Toon Adventures episodes into the mix, while reinstating the Looney Tunes cartoons in most episodes (particularly weekdays).
It should be noted that this guide is INCOMPLETE, as records for season 2's final four episodes have been hard to find. However, the first twenty-seven episodes of season 2 was re-ran in 2023 in Croatia through the channel Nova TV. The final four episodes will be updated as we get more info about them. Additionally, some cartoons are shown various times throughout these listings.

Trivia
- Due to the poor performance and reception of Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain; the show was cancelled and saw its remaining episodes debut through The Big Cartoonie Show. This was due to the episodes having already been paid for by the network, which required an outlet for them to air in some capacity.
- The Looney Tunes shorts featured in this program featured newly-made title cards, which are actually came from Bugs 'n' Daffy.
- The various "filler" shorts from Animaniacs also aired in this program such as Wheel of Morality. Additionally, the ending credits stingers also came from Animaniacs.
