Jess Harnell

Jess Q. Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor, singer, and musician known for being the voices of Wakko Warner and Walter Wolf in Animaniacs. He is also known for his roles in Ratchet & Clank, 2 Stupid Dogs;Secret Squirrel, Doc McStuffins, Sofia the First, Transformers and The Looney Tunes Show (alongside Animaniacs co-star Rob Paulsen). He has also been the announcer of America's Funniest Home Videos since 1998.

Jess Harnell also utilized a similar Beatles-type voice for one of the Feebles in the Pinky and the Brain episode "All You Need is Narf."
Jess is the lead singer of the rock band Rock Sugar.
Much like his co-stars Rob Paulsen and Tress MacNeille, Jess has made public appearances performing his Animaniacs songs; most notably at Animaniacs Live!
