Lauren Lapkus (born September 6, 1985) is an American actress, comedian, impressionist, voice actress and podcaster. Lapkus is known for her roles as Susan Fischer in Orange Is the New Black (2013-2019), Jess in Crashing (2017-2019), and Lotta in Harvey Girls Forever! (2018-2020). She provides additional voices in the Animaniacs reboot.
