Mr. Crazy Person is a semi-recurring character in the original Animaniacs. He uses the term "man" a lot, as in, "No way, man!" and "You're working your weirdness on me, man!" In all of his appearances, he acts as a sort of gatekeeper keeping the Warners away from something and as a result, Dot always has to use her cuteness against him, which always works. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
Appearance[]
Mr. Crazy Person wears a multi-colored bandana on his head, sports a goatee, and wears a blue shirt. In "Cute First" and Wakko's Wish, he is seen wearing knight armor.
Personality[]
Mr. Crazy Person is exactly what his name implies-- a crazy person. He is almost always nervous and seen preaching the crazy ideas of whoever he is serving, almost always willing to support them (whether it be Mr. Director, Snowball, or King Salazar). Additionally, he is shown to be quite vulnerable to trickery by other characters (such as Dot Warner) who seek to outsmart him.
Despite his paranoid attributes, he has been shown to have a caring side (such has his guilt in having to guard the imprisoned Warners). In Wakko's Wish, he shows hesitation in executing prisoners and even openly berates King Salazar after believing that he killed Dot. He also appears to remain by the Warners' side at the end of the film, waiting with them to make sure Dot's beauty mark surgery goes well.

Not much is known of Mr. Crazy Person's past, except that he has been an accountant in the film industry for quite some time.
Animaniacs (Original Series)[]
In "Hearts of Twilight," Mr. Crazy Person is introduced as a member of Mr. Director's cult dedicated to finishing his film The Wretched Clown. He is shown to be one of Mr. Director's biggest fans, constantly praising him and spouting his "funny words" such as "froynlaven!" Crazy Person is tasked with guarding the imprisoned Warners. Dot uses her cuteness to manipulate him into freeing them with guilt, to which he quickly succumbs and obliges. After the Warners force Mr. Director to end production on The Wretched Clown, he is presumably freed from his cult.
Mr. Crazy Person later appears as a royal guard in "Cute First (Ask Questions Later)," once again guarding Dot (this time at Snow White's orders). Dot once again guilts Mr. Crazy Person into freeing her by using her cuteness.
Pinky and the Brain[]
In the episode "Welcome to the Jungle," Mr. Crazy Person is revealed to have gotten lost in the wilderness and joined a group of tourists serving Snowball (who they know as "The Wise One"). He helps Snowball imprison Pinky and the Brain, and then bickers with them to preach about how great Snowball is.
Wakko's Wish[]
Mr. Crazy Person later appears in the feature film Wakko's Wish, under the alias "Captain of the Guard", and is the main captain of King Salazar's army for Tictockia-Warnerstock. He is once again tasked with guarding the imprisoned Warners, this time being assigned the extra burden of having to execute them. Once more, Dot guilts him into freeing them using her cuteness. Later, when it is believed that Dot was killed by Salazar's army, he leads the charge to stand-up to him and criticize his behavior.
After Dot is revealed to have survived and Wakko makes his wish at the Wishing Star, he befriends the Warners. He then waits with them to hear the results of Dot's surgery. During the finale song, he is seen singing with the rest of Acme Falls.

- His character is a parody of Dennis Hopper's character, the Photojournalist from the 1979 film Apocalypse Now.
- Mr. Crazy Person is one of the few characters who debuted on Animaniacs to appear in a production animated by Rough Draft Studios (in his case, "Welcome to the Jungle" from Pinky and the Brain). The others are Pinky and Brain themselves, Billie, Baloney, and Hello Nurse (whose design is used on a magazine cover in "Brain of the Future")
