Rough Draft Studios, Inc. (and sister studio Rough Draft Korea) is an animation studio who is best known for their work on Futurama, The Simpsons, and SpongeBob SquarePants.
Their Korean sister studio has provided animation for many episodes of Pinky and the Brain as well as Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain (including the intro sequence of the latter). They began working on Pinky and the Brain with the season 2 premiere, "It's Only A Paper World," which aired in 1996. They were one of the main three animation studios on the show along with Wang Film Productions Co., Ltd. and Akom Film Production.[note 1] Following Akom's departure midway through season 3, Rough Draft and Wang were left as the two main studios of the show and were carried into the Elmyra series.

Trivia[]
- Despite their extensive work on both Pinky and the Brain-solo series, they haven’t been credited with working on any Animaniacs episodes.
- As of 2023, Rough Draft is the one of two studios who worked on the Animaniacs franchise to have never animated the Warners in any Animaniacs-related production (though they did animate a group of kids dressed as them in "A Pinky and the Brain Halloween"). The other studio is Birdo.
Notes[]
- ↑ Tokyo Movie Shinsha animated one episode as well: "A Pinky and the Brain Christmas." Additionally, StarToons aided in storyboarding duties for "Brainania."
- ↑ Wang is erroneously credited for animating "Welcome to the Jungle."
