Chris "Spike" Brandt (born on December 24, 1961) is an animation director for Animaniacs, mostly through his then-animation studio StarToons International, LLC.. He often partners with fellow Startoons-veteran Tony Cervone on many projects. He also appears to have worked on various Animaniacs bumpers for Kids' WB! (including the one where Yakko, Wakko, and Dot leave the Fox Kids lot with his name on the truck's license plate); as well as Animaniacs tie-ins with Kraft, Konami, and McDonald's.
