Steaven Seagull is a seagull who marries Pesto’s mother and becomes his step-father. He appears in "Miami Mama-Mia," and is voiced by David Kaufman.

His name is a spoof on actor Steven Seagal.
Despite only starring in one cartoon, Steven Seagull of all characters was referenced by Yakko in "Good Warner Hunting" among a list of other characters in the original series who did not return for the reboot.
