"THAT'S IT!!!" refers to the running gag that appears in almost every Goodfeathers cartoon. The running gag involves Pesto taking Squit's innocent remarks or compliments as insults and asking him questions in an angry "Tommy DeVito-esque" manner, referencing the "Funny how?" exchange from Goodfellas between Tommy DeVito (Joe Pesci) and Henry Hill (Ray Liotta). The fallout usually causes Bobby to laugh his head off, though he sometimes tries to stop Pesto from abusing Squit.
In one episode, "Ta Da Dump, Ta Da Dump, Ta Da Dump Dump Dump;" Bobby gets pulled into Pesto's fight ("Hey, Pesto, what are you, a maniac? [gets pulled into the fight] Woah!")
