The Really Great Dictator second cartoon in the fifty-eighth episode of the Pinky and The Brain spin-off series.
Description [ ] To the tune of Jacques Offenbach’s “Can-Can”, The Brain performs a musical number about his dreams of becoming a really great dictator with Pinky accompanying him. Brain also briefly mention past dictators. To emulate the militaristic take on the “Can-Can”, Brain is dressed in a general outfit while Pinky is dressed in a pink frilly dress. The song was written by Liz Holzman .

Pinky :It’s a new sensation Try it and you’ll feel elation! The Brain: It’s the gift to give the guy who wants everything! Pinky: Military takeovers! The Brain: Governmental makeovers! The Brain: Multiply by Y not try it? If the people start to riot, You can always say that they are just a bunch of kooks! People just need to be led! Pinky: By a mouse with a big head! The Brain: They won’t mind when I’m the Czar, The Brain and Pinky: Of all that we see near and far!
