Dictator Umlatt of Dunlikus (erroneously referred to as "Dick" and "Mr. Tator") is the malevolent dictator of Dunlikus, the rival kingdom of Anvilania. He has a rather unhealthy obsession with anvils, and seeks to take-over Anvilania just to usurp its anvil supply.

Appearance

Umlatt is a large, burly man with black hair, a big nose and a very thin mustache. His usual outfit is a purple uniform. He has other outfits for other occasions, including a colorful circus-like wardrobe for political meetings, knight armor for wars (with a helmet which hinders his hearing), and a jester outfit for his court jesting act.

General

Umlatt and his second-in-command Spink are voiced by Christopher Guest and Michael McKean, respectively. Both actors are members of the fictitious heavy metal band Spinal Tap.
